An Oxygen Generator is a sophisticated piece of equipment engineered to extract concentrated oxygen from ambient air on demand. In sectors ranging from healthcare and aquaculture to metal fabrication and water treatment, the ability to produce reliable, high-purity oxygen without relying on bottled gas or liquid deliveries has transformed operational efficiency. GSE tech delivering systems that merge advanced air separation methods with robust industrial design. The result is a portfolio of oxygen generators that offer consistent output, lower long-term costs, and minimal environmental footprint compared to traditional supply chains. Our Oxygen Generator series is divided into the Modular Oxygen Generator series and the Twin-tower Oxygen Generator series.
The oxygen generator relies primarily on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Ambient air contains roughly 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, and trace amounts of other gases. The PSA process directs compressed, filtered air into a column packed with zeolite molecular sieve material. Under pressure, the sieve preferentially adsorbs nitrogen molecules while allowing oxygen and argon to pass through at significantly higher concentrations. Once the sieve becomes saturated, pressure is released, the trapped nitrogen is vented as exhaust, and the cycle repeats through alternating twin beds. This continuous, non-cryogenic separation produces a stream of oxygen with purity levels typically between 90% and 95%, depending on the design and flow rate. GSE tech enhances this core mechanism with proprietary sieve bed geometries, intelligent valve sequencing, and micro-porous filtration that extends sieve life and maintains purity stability over years of operation.
