Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use

Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use by GSE Tech factoy specifically designed for oxygen delivery scenarios in medical institutions, elderly care and rehabilitation centers, community clinics, and physiotherapy rehabilitation facilities, this system employs a dual adsorption column alternating operation architecture and utilizes ambient-temperature pressure swing adsorption air separation technology to directly extract clean oxygen that meets human respiratory standards. It meets the demands of continuous oxygen therapy in hospital wards, postoperative rehabilitation oxygenation, and daily oxygen supply for elderly patients with chronic diseases.

The GSE Tech high quality China Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use: a multi-stage air purification module, a pair of carbon steel pressure-resistant adsorption cylinders, a pressure stabilization and buffer assembly, and a medical timing-controlled automation system.

Basic Operating Logic for Equipment-Oriented Oxygen Generation Systems: The Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use The interior is filled with medical-grade lithium-based molecular sieves, which exhibit superior affinity for nitrogen adsorption. Under pressurized conditions, nitrogen from the air is retained by the molecular sieve, while pure oxygen is separated, collected, and transported. When the molecular sieve reaches saturation, the corresponding column automatically depressurizes to release nitrogen, restoring its adsorption capacity.

Core Features

1. The carbon steel pressure-bearing adsorption column features a complete anti-rust coating on its surface, ensuring a stable service life for the equipment.

2. The integrated dual-tower design features a compact layout with minimal space occupation, making it suitable for small oxygen supply rooms.

3. A dedicated PLC-based timing-controlled automation system that operates autonomously throughout the entire process without requiring dedicated monitoring.

Full set of testing standards for the final product

Each complete unit undergoes a 48-hour full-load continuous oxygen supply simulation test in a hospital ward environment, with simultaneous recording of oxygen purity, operational noise levels, and corrosion resistance durability data of the cylinder. The package includes a material inspection report for the cylinder, compliance documentation for special equipment registration, and factory-quality inspection certificates, meeting all acceptance standards required by medical institutions. The external frame is coated with anti-corrosion electrostatic powder coating, capable of withstanding routine wiping and disinfection procedures in clinical settings.

Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use

Usage Notes

I. Environmental Usage Notes

The Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and dust-free indoor environment for operation. It should be kept away from open flames, high-temperature heat sources, and flammable and explosive items. It is strictly prohibited to work in a humid or corrosive gas environment for a long time. Avoid accelerating the aging of internal components and reducing the oxygen generation efficiency.

The air intake and exhaust ports and the heat dissipation area of the machine should be kept unobstructed. It is forbidden to block, seal, or pile up debris. Ensure normal air intake and heat dissipation to prevent overheating and overload shutdown.

II. Startup and Operation Specifications

Before starting the machine, check the power voltage and the stability of the pipeline interface to avoid fluctuations in oxygen purity due to unstable voltage or leakage of the interface.

The equipment supports long-term continuous oxygen supply, but frequent start-stop is prohibited. Frequent on-off operations may disrupt the adsorption and decompression regeneration rhythm of the molecular sieve, resulting in unstable oxygen output.

During the fully automatic operation period, regular inspections are still required. Pay attention to the equipment pressure, noise, and oxygen output status. If abnormal pressure fluctuations, abnormal sounds, or abnormal gas output are detected, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.

III. Maintenance Notes for Core Components

The built-in lithium-based molecular sieve is a core consumable. Long-term use will be affected by air moisture and micro impurities, reducing the adsorption performance. Regular testing of activity and replacement as needed are required to prevent incomplete nitrogen adsorption and unqualified oxygen purity.

Although the carbon steel adsorption tower is coated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating, it still needs regular inspection of the tank appearance to avoid long-term accumulation of dust and moisture, which may cause the coating to age and lead to coating failure and liquid infiltration into the machine, causing electrical circuit faults.

The pressure stabilizing and buffering component needs regular maintenance to ensure smooth pressure release and buffering process, preventing pressure imbalance from affecting the efficiency of the alternate operation of the two towers.

IV. Cleaning and Disinfection Specifications

The anti-corrosion electrostatic spray-painted shell of the machine body supports regular medical wiping disinfection, but strong acid and strong alkali disinfectants are prohibited, as well as high-pressure water flushing. This is to avoid coating damage and liquid infiltration into the machine, causing electrical circuit faults.

Daily cleaning should mainly be done with dry cloth or neutral disinfectant. Keep the machine body clean and free of dust accumulation to reduce the accumulation of impurities in the air intake.

V. Shutdown and Long-Term Storage Requirements

For short-term shutdown, first turn off the gas line, then cut off the power supply to allow the machine to complete the complete pressure release and reset process.

When the machine is idle for a long time, clean the dust on the machine body, seal the air intake and exhaust ports, and store it in a dry and dust-proof environment. Before reusing, conduct a no-load test run and detect the oxygen purity. Only after confirming that it meets the standards can it be put into medical use.

VI. Maintenance and Safety Prohibitions

The pressure-bearing tank, self-control system, and internal pipelines of the Twin-Tower Oxygen Generator for Respiratory Use are prohibited from being disassembled or modified by non-professionals to avoid damaging the pressure structure and control parameters of the equipment, which may lead to safety hazards.

It is strictly prohibited to adjust the equipment pressure parameters or program settings privately, and it is forbidden to modify it for non-medical use scenarios. Ensure that it always complies with the safety standards for oxygen supply in medical institutions.
