The complete system integrates four key components: an air pre-purification unit, two sets of carbon steel pressure-bearing adsorption cylinders, a pressure-stabilizing buffer tank, and an industrial time-controlled automation unit.

It operates based on the principle of constant-temperature pressure swing adsorption for nitrogen and oxygen separation, without the need for additional heating or cooling equipment. It achieves air separation by leveraging the selective adsorption properties of lithium molecular sieves.


Details

The entire machine features a dual adsorption tower closed-loop system. A programmable electronic control system precisely and regularly switches between the two towers: one tower continuously supplies qualified industrial oxygen to the production line, while the other tower simultaneously completes pressure reduction, nitrogen removal, and molecular sieve pore regeneration tasks. The machines operate in a cycle, ensuring uninterrupted and stable gas supply around the clock, suitable for the continuous production rhythm of factories.


The body is made of carbon steel pressure tanks and undergoes a full-process rust prevention treatment. It is combined with an integrated overall layout to reduce the equipment's occupation of the machine room area. An integrated buffer and noise reduction structure is built-in, effectively controlling the exhaust noise of the entire machine. It is equipped with an industrial-grade PLC automatic timing control system, which automatically completes the entire process of adsorption, gas production, regeneration, and pressure stabilization without the need for on-site personnel to monitor and control. It can be adapted for long-term operation in automated unmanned workshops.


The entire machine can operate by simply connecting compressed air and basic electricity. It is compatible with various industrial gas scenarios such as heat treatment, welding, water treatment, aquaculture, and chemical oxidation processes. It can flexibly match the purity and flow requirements of different production lines and can significantly reduce the high cost of purchasing bottled or liquid oxygen for external use during long-term operation.



Basic Gas Production Workflow for Equipment

The twin-tower industrial oxygen generator is filled with industrial lithium-based molecular sieve, which exhibits stronger adsorption affinity for nitrogen molecules. Under pressurized conditions, nitrogen is retained by the molecular sieve while oxygen is released and collected; when the molecular sieve reaches saturation, the corresponding cylinder automatically depressurizes, allowing nitrogen to be discharged while the adsorption capacity of the sieve pores is restored automatically. The two adsorption cylinders operate in a timed switching mode controlled by a programmable electronic system: one continuously produces industrial oxygen, while the other simultaneously completes desorption and regeneration, ensuring stable gas supply through continuous cycling. The entire separation process operates at ambient temperature without requiring auxiliary heating or cooling equipment.
