GSE tech supplier's China Twin-Tower PSA Oxygen Production Unit, Unlike single-column intermittent oxygen generation systems, which suffer from gas supply interruptions, fixed production capacity limits, and accelerated molecular sieve wear due to frequent start-stop cycles, this integrated system employs a dual-absorption-column equal-circulation architecture combined with three key components: a pre-stage air purification unit, a pressure-stabilizing buffer tank, and a programmable electronic control unit, forming a comprehensive on-site air separation and oxygen production system.

Twin-Tower PSA Oxygen Production Unit by GSE tech factory, the two adsorption columns operate in alternating shifts to complete the entire process of pressurized oxygen enrichment and depressurized desorption regeneration, eliminating any downtime required for air replacement and perfectly meeting the gas demands of continuous production lines operating in two- or three-shift configurations. By utilizing physical air separation at ambient temperature, the system directly produces industrial-grade enriched oxygen on-site, effectively overcoming the challenges associated with external procurement of high-pressure oxygen cylinders and liquid oxygen storage tanks—including persistent purchasing costs, long-distance transportation, and stringent storage facility safety requirements.


Twin-Tower PSA Oxygen Production Unit Both sets of core adsorption columns are constructed from carbon steel specifically designed for pressure vessels. The entire cylinder assembly is manufactured strictly in compliance with special equipment manufacturing standards and has undergone dual non-destructive testing for hydrostatic pressure and air tightness upon leaving the factory. The entire unit has been fully pre-calibrated and commissioned within 72 hours of continuous full-load operation; it requires only connection to water, electricity, and gas pipelines for stable commissioning. Standardized complete systems are provided to domestic and international manufacturing plants, environmental engineering contractors, and kiln energy-saving retrofit service providers, with on-site site surveys available to match equipment specifications according to specific flow requirements.


Logic of the dual-tower circulating air separation oxygen production process

Twin-Tower PSA Oxygen Production Unit Equipped with an industrial-grade zeolite-based oxygen production molecular sieve, the system utilizes the difference in diffusion adsorption rates between nitrogen and oxygen molecules in the air to achieve component separation: one adsorption column operates under pressurized conditions, where the molecular sieve captures nitrogen molecules; the purified high-purity oxygen is then distributed to various on-site application points. Simultaneously, another column switches to atmospheric pressure desorption mode, allowing the adsorbed nitrogen to be released gradually along with exhaust gases while restoring the molecular sieve's adsorption capacity.
