The factory of GSE Tech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu, Jiangsu, integrating R&D, production, testing, and warehousing. It houses standardized assembly workshops, a whole-machine testing center, and dedicated storage areas for raw materials and finished products. Following the ISO three-system quality management standards, the factory strictly controls every step from material incoming, assembly, simulation testing, to product dispatch.
Using its self-developed modular technology, the factory can efficiently handle both standard mass production and customized non-standard orders. All gas generation equipment must pass long-term full-load stability tests before leaving the factory, with a strong focus on purity, energy consumption, and operational safety. Its main products include modular nitrogen generators, dual-tower nitrogen generators, membrane separation nitrogen generators, integrated nitrogen generators, modular oxygen generators, dual-tower oxygen generators, and various gas purification equipment. These products precisely match the gas requirements of different industries, replacing traditional high-pressure gas cylinders to achieve low-cost, uninterrupted, and safe on-site gas generation. 1. Electronics industry:
Typically used for packaging, soldering, sintering, annealing, reduction, and storage of electronic products. Mainly applied in industries such as semiconductors, wave soldering, reflow soldering, crystals, piezoelectric materials, electronic ceramics, electronic copper strips, lithium batteries, electronic alloys, and laser cutting.
2. Biopharmaceutical industry:
As an inert gas, nitrogen is used in drug production and packaging processes for protective atmospheres, providing dry environments, purging residual impurities, and creating oxygen-free environments.
3. 3D printing industry:
In certain metal 3D printing technologies, nitrogen helps control and stabilize the metal powder layering process, preventing powder spreading or wire drawing. Used for annealing protective gases, sintering protective gases, nitriding treatment, furnace washing, and purging gases.
