Large Twin-Tower PSA Industrial Oxygen Generator: The complete system by GSE tech supplier consists of four core components: a pre-stage air deep purification unit, a pair of high-capacity carbon steel adsorption cylinders, a large-capacity pressure-stabilizing buffer tank, and a centralized timed electrical control console. Two standardized giant adsorption cylinders alternately perform the entire process of pressurized oxygen collection and low-pressure nitrogen removal regeneration, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply throughout operation and supporting year-round continuous production in two or three shifts.

Upon installation, the equipment requires only connection to the plant's main power supply line and primary oxygen distribution network; after completing system-wide calibration and debugging, it can provide stable gas supply. The appropriate high-flow model can be selected based on the park's average daily peak gas demand and the number of simultaneously operational production lines.


The GSE tech China Large Twin-Tower PSA Industrial Oxygen Generator system internally houses a high-capacity industrial lithium-based molecular sieve for oxygen production, which exhibits preferential adsorption capacity for nitrogen molecules. Under pressurized conditions, nitrogen from the air is captured and separated by the molecular sieve; the purified, oxygen-enriched gas is then collected in a large buffer tank and distributed uniformly to all production sites within the facility. When the molecular sieve reaches saturation, the corresponding cylinder automatically depressurizes, allowing a concentrated and gradual release of nitrogen while restoring full adsorption capacity in its internal pores. Two massive adsorption cylinders operate in precise sequence via millisecond-level electronic control: one cylinder delivers industrial-grade oxygen at full capacity, while the other simultaneously completes desorption and regeneration, ensuring a continuous 24-hour oxygen supply throughout the facility.


The package includes comprehensive material testing reports for the high-pressure components of the cylinder, complete compliance documentation for the large-capacity pressure vessel, and a full set of quality inspection records from the factory, ensuring seamless on-site acceptance for various centralized gas supply projects in major industrial parks worldwide. The thickened carbon steel dual-tower design with multi-layer heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings features a smooth exterior and an exceptionally long service life; compliant large-capacity pressure vessels can smoothly complete all annual inspection and registration procedures. The integrated, space-saving structure significantly reduces the footprint required in equipment rooms.

Usage Notes

1. The Large Twin-Tower PSA Industrial Oxygen Generator should be placed in a standard machine room that is well-ventilated, dry, and dust-free, and kept away from corrosive and flammable/explosive materials.

2. Long-term overloading operation is strictly prohibited. The corresponding model should be selected based on the actual gas usage peak of the factory to protect the core adsorption components.

3. Regularly check the pipeline sealing, the intake filtration system, and the pressure conditions to maintain clean and unobstructed air intake for the equipment.

4. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the pressure vessel or the electronic control system privately. Avoid abnormal equipment parameters and compliance failure.

5. Before restarting after long-term shutdown, the overall machine's working conditions should be calibrated.

6. Strictly follow industry standards to complete the annual inspection of the pressure vessel to ensure the legal and stable operation of the equipment.


Overall performance test of the entire machine

1. Continuous operation stability test: The Large Twin-Tower PSA Industrial Oxygen Generator operated continuously at full load for 72 hours, with stable pressure, purity and flow throughout the process, without any fluctuation or shutdown.

2. Molecular sieve cycle durability test: After 100,000 alternating adsorption and regeneration cycles, the molecular sieve activity remained stable, and the oxygen production efficiency showed no significant decline.

3. Weather resistance test under complex conditions: Under high temperature, high humidity and dusty simulation conditions, the body, electrical control and pressure system operated normally.

4. Pressure stabilization accuracy test: Under scenarios of peak and valley gas supply and fluctuating flow, the equipment adaptively stabilized the pressure accurately, and the gas supply consistency was high.
