Modular Industrial PSA Oxygen Generation: Separation Mechanism. The China Modular Industrial Oxygen Production Systemtory supplied by GSE tech supplier employs specialized lithium-based molecular sieves for oxygen production, achieving component separation by leveraging the differential adsorption rates of nitrogen and oxygen molecules in air. Under pressurized conditions, the molecular sieve selectively captures nitrogen molecules, while the remaining high-concentration oxygen-rich gas is concentrated and discharged. Upon reaching saturation, the module automatically depressurizes for desorption, with nitrogen being discharged alongside the waste gas, and the molecular sieve restoring its adsorption capacity. Multiple adsorption modules are scheduled in shifts via an industrial control system, alternating cycles between adsorption and regeneration phases to ensure a continuous, stable oxygen supply around the clock.
1.Pre-assembling inspection: Verify that the housing of the aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy adsorption module is free from corrosion, that the pipeline sealing gaskets are intact, and that the control signal wires are properly connected and secured.
2.Power-on wake-up: Initiate the centralized industrial smart control system to automatically perform comprehensive self-checks on all modules' air tightness and operational status.
3.Alternating peak-shaving oxygen generation: The system schedules each adsorption unit to cycle through adsorption and regeneration in a time-sharing mode, producing stable industrial-grade oxygen with a specified concentration within 3 minutes.
4.Continuous and stable oxygen supply: Once the oxygen concentration and output pressure meet the specified standards, the system automatically delivers oxygen to all gas consumption points across production lines while activating or deactivating idle modules for energy-efficient operation based on real-time oxygen demand.
5.Isolated maintenance of single modules: To service any module, the system automatically isolates the affected unit with a single click while maintaining normal oxygen supply to the remaining modules. Upon completion, parallel operation is restored instantly for full-capacity operation.
