The High-Purity Modular Oxygen Generator Unit for Ozone System Support provided by GSE tech Factory is specifically designed for the dedicated pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation process for ozone sources. The factory's compressed air first enters multi-stage gradient purification modules, where dust, condensate water vapor, and trace oil mist impurities are filtered layer by layer to ensure the cleanliness of the air source. The unit is equipped with lithium-based molecular sieves specifically for the ozone process, which utilizes the difference in nitrogen-oxygen molecule adsorption rates to achieve air separation. Under pressurized conditions, it selectively adsorbs nitrogen and produces high-purity enriched oxygen to supply the ozone generator. Once the molecular sieve is saturated, it automatically releases pressure for desorption and nitrogen removal, restoring its adsorption performance and continuously and stably supplying high-purity oxygen that meets ozone production standards.


The core adsorption chamber is made of aerospace-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, eliminating the need for special equipment inspection and filing. The surface is corrosion-resistant and has long-term stability. The entire machine adopts a stacked and compact layout, significantly reducing the space occupied by the machine room; it is also equipped with a multi-stage slow-release noise reduction structure, buffering and reducing noise throughout the intake and exhaust processes, resulting in lower operating noise. The entire system is controlled in a closed-loop manner by multiple modules working in coordination with PLC, operating fully automatically without human intervention. It can be flexibly expanded to increase the number of units to ensure stable and uninterrupted gas supply for the ozone treatment system, and is suitable for long-term continuous production of ozone-based environmental protection processes such as wastewater treatment and waste gas control.
