It features a lightweight and modular overall structure, and is specifically designed for on-site gas supply solutions in food processing and packaging lines.

Standard Operating Procedure

Before startup, inspect the front-end gas supply equipment to ensure the gas source is clean and free from oil contamination or water accumulation; 

Turn on the power switch and press the start button for automatic gas generation; 

Check panel parameters; once nitrogen levels meet specifications, connect to food packaging equipment;

Upon daily operation completion, sequentially shut down the unit and front-end gas source, then close all pipeline valves.
