1. Design and Manufacturing Perspective: To meet the mobility requirements of field operations, we have developed a new mobile wheeled modular nitrogen generator. The entire unit features integrated design and manufacturing of its frame, wheel assembly, and nitrogen generation module, having undergone dual tests for load-bearing mobility and continuous gas production prior to shipment.

Gas Generation and Operational Principles: The GSE tech's Mobile Roller-Type Modular Nitrogen Generator employs PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology for air separation, with pre-stage multi-stage purification components removing moisture and particulate matter to ensure high-quality output gas.
3. Application Scenarios: Widely applicable in scenarios such as temporary blowdown during plant maintenance, rotational gas supply across multiple workshops, outdoor temporary processing, on-site protection at construction sites, and equipment testing protection.

Different numbers of modules can be configured based on individual gas consumption requirements, accommodating various procurement scenarios including short-term trials and regular rotational operations.

Universal wheel design for effortless relocation – The modular mobile nitrogen generator comes equipped with high-strength, wear-resistant universal wheels at the bottom, paired with a parking clip that ensures smooth and effortless movement, allowing seamless operation in narrow passages or workshop corridors.
2. Lightweight modular configuration with controllable load capacity: Featuring a lightweight module design, the system maintains optimal self-weight, enabling single-person operation for transportation.
3. Mobile Roller-Type Modular Nitrogen Generator features a frame constructed from welded thickened profiles, offering strong load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation during prolonged handling. The wheel assembly employs industrial-grade wear-resistant materials with excellent pressure and wear resistance, suitable for various surfaces including concrete floors, epoxy flooring, and temporary construction sites.
